CONTEST RULES
1.	NO PURCHASE, OR REGISTRATION, OR ONLINE ENTRY NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 
2.	Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on 09/22/2008 and ends at 11:59 PM (PT) on 12/31/2009. The entry period for this sweepstakes consists of fifteen (15) months and eight days. Five (5) quarterly drawings will be conducted according to the schedule detailed in rule #3. You are automatically entered once in the sweepstakes when you register and complete the online entry form at www.racingschools.com. You can also enter the sweepstakes by mail. To enter by mail, hand-print your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (if you have one) on a postcard and mail to: RacingSchools.com, 4502 E. Sierra Sunset Tr., Cave Creek, AZ 85331. All mail-in entries must be postmarked between 09/22/2008 and 12/31/2009 to be eligible. See schedule of dates detailed in rule #3. Entry limit: Irrespective of entry method, a maximum of 22 total entries per person throughout the duration of the sweepstakes. Online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Use of automated devices not valid for entry. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Photocopied or incomplete entries are void. 
3.	To qualify for any quarterly drawing: All eligible online entries must be received between 12:01am on the first day of this contest identified as 09/22/2008 and 11:59 PM (PT) on the last day of the calendar quarter (except for the first drawing when the close date and time are 11:59pm on 12/31/2008). All eligible mail-in entries must be postmarked between the first day and last day of the promotion as described above. All entries, regardless of entry method, that qualify for a quarterly drawing will also be included in subsequent monthly drawings. Within 15 days of the end of each calendar quarter, one monthly drawing to award one Driving Experience as described in rule #4 will be conducted for each of the five (5) quarters of the sweepstakes (i.e., December 2008 through December 2009). Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing; estimated at: 1 in 50,000. 
4.	Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Prize per registered entrant. 
5.	Prizes: Five RacingSchools.com race car driving experience certificate will be issued to sweepstake winners between September 22, 2008 and December 31, 2009. Estimated retail value of each certificate: $500. All other expenses associated with attending the race car driving experience such as travel to and from, accommodations (if required), meals, and other incidentals and expenses not mentioned are not included. Certificate winners must agree to all terms, conditions and liability releases required by RacingSchools.com and the participating race car driving experience operators or forfeit all rights to their prize. In which case, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. Winners will be selected randomly, no later than 10 days following the end of each calendar quarter. 
6.	All entries become the property of RacingSchools.com and will not be returned or acknowledged. By participating in this sweepstakes all entrants agree that the prize is awarded upon the condition that the Sponsor, RacingSchools.com, and their respective agents or employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of a prize. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor, RacingSchools.com and all participating race car driving experience providers concerned with this sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspects of the prizes. 
7.	All winners will be notified by email within 5 days or each drawing date and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity Release within 10 days of date printed on notification or he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. If the email prize notification message is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. All prizes will be awarded within approximately 30 days after the end of each applicable calendar quarter. Winners may not substitute or transfer a prize. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal value if prize offered becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners¹ names, likenesses, hometown, photograph(s), and prizes won for promotional purposes without additional and future compensation. 
8.	The Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damages to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or late, lost, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mail or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the sweepstakes. In the event the sweepstakes is, in the opinion of the Sponsor, compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the online method of entry of the sweepstakes, but continue with the mail-in entry method. 
9.	Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC age 18 and older, who are licensed drivers. Employees and the immediate family members of the Sponsor, RacingSchools.com and their parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other persons involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law.
