Introduction:

The Racing Experience uses real NASCAR Nextel Cup Stockcars purchased from top Nascar teams, and puts YOU behind the wheel of a Nextel Cup Stockcar with 6-8 student driven stockcars on the track at once! Passing is allowed! NEVER follow a pace car. Reach Speeds up to 165mph at Talladega! In car video cameras in every stockcar to record your driving session.

Summary - Great value. No pace car, instructor rides with you to provide more accurate post session feedback. Passing is always allowed. In-car cameras.

Qualifications:

All drivers must be 18 years of age or older, with a valid drivers license, and know how to operate a car with manual transmission (stick shift). Riders must be 10 years of age or older.

Insurance:

Students at The Racing Experience are not held liable for accidental damage done to the race cars.

Scheduling:

All programs must be pre paid in full at time of enrollment. Advance registration is mandatory for all riding and driving programs. You may reschedule a program date, up to 30 days prior to your program's start date subject to a $35.00 rescheduling fee. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

High Speed Ride (3 laps)

Price: $99.00

A professional racing instructor will take you for the ride of a lifetime strapped into the seat of a real Nextel Cup Stock Car around the speedway of your choice. You will experience what it is like to make a real qualifying run, reaching speeds over 175mph on select tracks.

Ultimate Racing Ride (6 laps)

Price: $175.00

This Ultimate Racing Ride combines the thrill of a qualifying ride with the g-forces and endurance required by the drivers in race conditions. You're included in the extreme action of real racing with a minimum of 2 cars inches apart with close drafting and side by side racing....this is the closest you can get to a ride with your favorite NASCAR Star on race day. 2 sessions daily, 11:00 am & 4:00 pm

10 Lap Experience

Prices Starting At: $395.00

Instruction begins with a 30-45 minute classroom session. This is your chance to get behind the wheel of a NEXTEL Cup Car and drive it yourself for 10 laps* with an instructor in the passenger seat at speeds up to 130+ mph. 1/2 day

Talladega program dates are completed in 6 Laps

20 Lap Experience

Prices Starting At: $750.00

You complete all aspects of the 10 lap program and then get feedback (if needed) from your personal instructor before going back out for 10 more heart pounding laps, searching for a better line, better throttle control and quickly reaching your top speed. You may drive 20 laps straight or 2 segments of 10 laps, Passing is encouraged.

30 Lap Experience

Prices Starting At: $1,050.00

You complete all aspects of the 10 & 20 lap programs. Your racing will be conducted in 10,15 or 20 lap segments. After completing 20 laps you are encouraged to draft 3-4 car lengths behind and in front of other cars. Passing other cars twice per lap is encouraged.

40 Lap Experience

Prices Starting At: $1,375.00

50 Lap Experience

Prices Starting At: $1,650.00

In this program you'll complete all aspects of the 10 & 20 lap programs. Your racing will be conducted in 10,15 or 20 lap segments. After completing 20 laps you are encouraged to draft 3-4 car lengths behind and in front of other cars, from that point you will move into drafting tighter and tighter until you are inches off the bumper at speeds reach 165mph. Aggressive passing 2 times per lap is encouraged.

60 Lap Experience

Prices Starting At: $1,925.00

One step below our most aggressive racing package. You will complete all aspects of the 10-50 laps programs with your final segment introducing side-by-side racingÖdoor to door at 165mph! This will definitely get your heart pounding.

80 Lap Experience

Prices Starting At: $2,495.00

This is it! The closest you can get to actual Nextel Cup racing without investing millions. You will complete all of the above racing experiences. Your 7th session will include a 4-6 car pack, door to door and nose to tail. The final session will be a 10 lap, green flag race (optional) reaching speeds of 165mph. Experience availability varies slightly by track size and design.

6 Lap Experience (Talladega)

Prices Starting At: $395.00

Starts with a 30 minute drivers meeting, then it's into a passenger van for a few quick laps around the speedway for track orientation (exiting and entering pit lane, merging onto the track, seeing the proper racing line, how to pass other cars etc.). NOW it's your turn behind the wheel of a real Nextel Cup Race Car, driving yourself for 6 laps. Passing is encouraged.
