Our competition driving course is for the person who is ready for the mental and physical challenges of high speed NASCAR stock car racing. We are experts at helping oval track drivers move from sportsman cars into faster machines, at teaching dirt drivers the proper techniques for racing on asphalt and at helping road course racers quickly develop their oval track skills.
These courses are designed not as a fantasy experience, but as valuable training programs to develop your racing talent.
On track instruction will begin at a moderate pace and advance to full race speeds as quickly as your skill level allows. And you'll be in constant radio communication with your instructor on your Racing Electronics radio system.
Following driving sessions you will return to the classroom for a video review of your on track session. This is critical information. Many times a small driving irregularity can be seen on video and quickly corrected. It makes no sense to drive lap after lap incorrectly thereby reinforcing a bad habit.
Another feature that separates the Race Training Center from the other schools is our use of computer data training systems.
Our Racepak data acquisition systems will show precisely your use of important controls such as brakes, throttle, steering input, average speed, top speed, engine RPM and more. This information will be printed from the computer and you'll be provided with a copy of these full color graphs to take home. Careful analysis of this information will provide you with yet another source of training information.
